Mukesh Ambani’s House

This 27-storey house built in Mumbai with 4 million square feet of interior space cost around $2billion (red.Forbes magazine in May 2008). It is not like common house but like a hotel, but it is said that none every storey has unique lay out and material used. What a great and expensive investment.

Villa Leopolda owned by Mikhail Prokhorov

Another amazing property price is Villa Leopolda, a Belle Époque mansion in the French town of Ville franche-sur-Mer on the Cote d’Azur, on the French Riviera. It was built in 1902 for Belgian King Leopold II. The former owner is Lily Safra (wife of the deceased Syrian (Lebanon-born businessman Edmond Safra), a famous Jewish philanthropist, decided to sell it to Mikhail Prokhorov, the around 24th richest man in the world, on amazing price £392m (various sources). The estate is very big….unfortunately no specific data about the amount of building area.

Different from Mukesh Ambani’s house, Villa Leopolda is an estate that needs at least 50 gardeners to handle the garden maintenance.
