If you don’t have any, just make sure that property agent you trust is with international capability and wide range one over countries.
3. You may check also about the situation around the property’s area, accessibility, environment, potential view, public facility like café and restaurant around it. This is important to know the potential market to target. Yes all those are responsibility of property developer or property agent to handle those ones. But it’s not wrong to know either.
