Maybe you are curious, why in every posting I always call you investor. Even if you are just a reader and suddenly jump in to this blog, or you are not investor at all. No, I do not agree. Why? You surf the web, and spend time to search for information and things, isn’t investing? You invest time and money. Say you are not property investor right now. But people learn to be better, so now it’s time to learn how to be sharp eye investor in field of property. Why? Because of the price of property never goes down in long term. Yeah, for in property investment it’s about long term return of investment. Not so long. Sometimes what investors do is like this. They buy property; wait for the trend of the market, when the time is Ok, they sell the property with percentage raises about 50% or even more. Or you go in the system of buy to let. You buy the property and let your property mnager handle rental system of the property.
See, be investor of your own or be future investor right now by learning everything about property investment. Judge yourself with optimistic/higher value, then work hard and smart to be it.
