Green Design For Villa or Residence

This is villa or residence designed to be placed at riverside. I did this when i worked in my former office before i seriously run my own office. Yes this design does not occupy for any project because the project i designed there before is canceled. So it is free for me to publish this villa design of mine.
The design is a two bedroom villa type, with building area amount 140 meter square, and two story building. The concept to make it private is splitting the level. So the entrance start from upper level where there is living room, dining room and kitchen. Then going down at lover level is the 2 bedroom and the private pool and also the garden. This design occupy when there is contour land like hill, riverside, etc.
I design the roof to be flat so we could put designed garden over the top of the roof as known as roof garden to apply for green design architecture. It will maximize the view for other building at higher level contour land.
