Around three years ago I was contacted by my friend who is working as the Head of Architect of Habitat 5, an architect consultant. The CEO architect is from Germany. They are on doing projects design of Gapura Vista Estate. The location is in Bukit. I was asked to do some images in format 3D Architectural Rendering. It is an estate, and I have to make 3D presentation of one of the villa locate at the very top owns by one of the five star hotel executive in Bali. The design is in Balinese style, modern and simple.
The most interesting thing of this project is the view value. There is wide view to Hindia Ocean at the south of Bali Island from the top of 75 meter cliff. And I found one unit of the villas still left for sale by the agent company, Elite Havens. And this property is one among the most expensive property in Bali based on the facility, area amount.
