Bali grows in building of villas, private house, private estates, apartment, commercial building such as, shops and office building. But most of them are for leisure place. Why? Because in some great area (actually expensive land price) developers decide to build apartment in limited level (for local government law), like 4 to 5 storey. The system they propose is you buy the unit; they operate the unit or work with international hotel operator like Aston in rental system, you get the share from the rental and also 20-30 days in a year of free staying at your property. Whatever the type of the property investment you choose, apartment or villa.

What about the trend of the market? Is it still promising do property investment in Bali? Actually Bali has become bigger from only a tourism island. Business is growing fast (although for the Bali bomb it’s decreasing fast also, but now even better). People come to Bali also doing business, export-import handicraft, furniture, etc. For ones who stay longer they prefer to choose rented villas, for ones who stay just 2-3 days maybe they prefer hotel or serviced apartment. For ones who just traveling they could choose various type of place of staying. At the beaches like Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Canggu, Jimbaran or mountain, river and field view like Ubud. Many types you could consider. So you could consider and asking the developer which one you prefer and affordable price of course. Again, as you could see the fact doing property investment in Bali is still running up.
