The house which is well-known name Beckingham Palace has seven bedrooms with large yard. There is also indoor pool and outdoor pool, and also animal park, snooker room, sport room, and tennis court.

According to varies source the mansion which has 1930 Georgian style mansion bought by David and Victoria Beckham in 1999 at £2.5million. They did many renovations here and there. That is why the price has been up to £18million according to the estate agent who handle the sale. This couple plan to move to Los Angeles as their home base city where they have bought an £11million Italianate Mansion.
