In this latest 2 years there is new wave of property investment option in Bali. And that is because of the price of the land is getting higher year to year. That is apartment building style. But as you know there is local regulation about building height in Bali that could not higher than around 15 meters or about the height of coconut tree as the respect to sacred place, pura. The price starts from $55,000 for studio type and the 2bedroom for $1,367,982.
